"Promoting the Arts for Over Two Decades"
SAC's Gallery was founded in 1979 by
members of the Society of Arts and Crafts of Montgomery and Central
Alabama and has operated for over twenty years. It is located in the
Mulberry District which is very convenient for shopping. It provides
an excellent opportunity for SAC's members to display and sell their
original work. It is a non-profit organization recognized by the State
of Alabama. Here's an article written

FEATURED ARTIST OR EVENT, CLASSES, DEMONSTRATIONS
Almost every month, SAC's features
an artist and/or a craftsperson in a show, usually on the first Sunday
of the month, and there is a very nice reception. In conjunction with
the Society of Arts and Crafts, the gallery offers classes and demonstrations

ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
Each June, SAC's Gallery hosts
its anniversary celebration with special activities in the gallery.
This is a two-day event and our members demonstrate their art and craft
for this special occasion.
CHRISTMAS OPEN HOUSE
Our location is in the Mulberry
Historic District and each November, the District has a two-day Christmas
Open House. Our gallery participates in this Open House and is decorated
in all its Christmas splendor, has wonderful decorations and gifts for
sale, delicious refreshments, and its exhibitors are demonstrating their
art and craft throughout the gallery.

Artists exhibiting at SAC's are
given their own page on the SAC's Gallery
Website. This Web page usually contains the artist or craftor's biography,
artist statement and pictures of the artist's work. If you are a new
